General Refund & Exchange Policy

We’re a small, purpose-driven business, and your support means everything to us. While we can’t offer cash refunds, we’re committed to making things right if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please read the policy below. If you have any questions, submit a support ticket at TheAlignedBizCo.com/support.

Damaged or Defective Items

Store Credit Only
If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll issue store credit (no refunds) for the purchase price. Shipping fees are non refundable but we will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item to you.

How to Request

Submit a support ticket at TheAlignedBizCo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage/defect (with tags attached).

Next Steps
We may ask you to return the item (in original condition, tags intact). We’ll provide a prepaid label. Please use it so your package isn’t returned to you. Once we receive the item or photo, we’ll issue your credit promptly.

Incorrect Items

Submit a photo of the incorrect item along with your order # at TheAlignedBizCo.com/support. Once we've confirmed that the wrong item was sent, we’ll send a prepaid return label. As soon as we receive it back, we’ll send you the correct item or issue store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You have 60 minutes after placing your order to cancel or edit. After that time, your order would have entered the fulfillment process and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

If you cancel within 60 minutes, we’ll issue store credit.

Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: 5–7 business days (pre-orders may take longer; see product page).

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. continental orders over $150 (5–7 business days).

Under $150 or U.S. Territories & Canada: flat $10 (continental U.S.) or $29.99 (U.S. Territories & Canada).

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once tracking confirms delivery, please check with neighbors or your local post office; we aren’t responsible for missing packages. If shipping insurance is available for your order, we recommend you add it to your order to protect your purchase.
